Storage shelves, customized non-standard storage shelf services

The main products are shelves, the following is a detailed description of the components of the shelf:

It is well known that the main body of the shelf is made of steel. The common steel plate number of the Baosteel SS400 is called the source of the Japanese. The overall strength of the tensile strength is 400MAP. The structural steel is relatively expensive and the scheduled delivery time is longer! The steel model commonly used in the domestic shelf industry is Q+ digital + quality grade, and Q represents the number after the yield point represents the yield value unit Map, for example! Q235 represents a carbon structural steel with a yield point of 235Map. Commonly used numbers Q195 Q215 low strength for the production of low carbon steel wire, steel wire mesh, roofing panels, welded steel pipes, anchor bolts, and rivets, etc. Q235 steel has medium strength, good plasticity and toughness, and easy to form and weld. This kind of steel is mostly used as steel and steel structural parts, and also used as rivets, railway spikes and various mechanical parts such as bolts, tie rods, connecting rods, etc. The high-strength Q255 and Q275 steels are used in the production of various agricultural machinery, and can also be used as steel bars and

Railway fishplates, shafts, sprockets, gears, hooks and other parts with high strength requirements. According to the characteristics of the tie, it can be divided into two types: hot-rolling and cold-rolling: the hot-rolled steel plate has low hardness, easy processing, and good ductility. The cold-rolled sheet has high hardness and is relatively difficult to process, but is not easily deformed and has high strength. Hot-rolled steel sheets have relatively low strength, poor surface quality (low oxidation and smooth finish), but good plasticity, generally medium and heavy plates. Cold-rolled sheet: high strength, high hardness, high surface finish, generally thin sheet, can be used as a stamping sheet.

The production processes of hot rolled steel sheets and cold rolled steel sheets are different. The hot rolled steel sheet is rolled at a high temperature, and the cold-rolled is rolled at a normal temperature. In general, cold-rolled steel sheets have better strength and hot rolled steel sheets have better ductility. The general thickness of cold rolling is relatively small, and the hot rolling may have a large thickness. The surface quality, appearance and dimensional accuracy of the cold-rolled steel sheet are superior to those of the hot-rolled sheet, and the thickness of the product can be rolled to about 0.18 mm, which is therefore popular. For the acceptance of the product, you can ask a professional. Both are the main materials commonly used in the storage shelf industry. The normal thickness of the heat bar is 1.5mm~10.0mm, which is often used to make upright columns and beams. The normal thickness of the cold bar is 0.6mm-1.2mm, which is commonly used to make steel laminates.

Steel process: black billet → degreasing → derusting → surface adjustment → phosphating → drying → electrostatic powdering → curing → packaging

Degreasing: When the metal is stored, handled and processed, the surface is inevitably contaminated by some dirt. These contaminants include oils, lubricants, animal and vegetable oils used in the rust prevention, drawing and machining or molding processes at the factory. Oil contamination must be removed before painting. Degreasing is one of the important processes in surface treatment. Since the oil will reduce the adhesion of the film and affect other properties of the film, it must be cleaned.

Table: It is prepared for phosphating, usually by treating the steel surface with a weakly alkaline colloidal titanium phosphate solution.

Phosphating: It is a chemical and electrochemical reaction to form a phosphate chemical conversion film. The phosphate conversion film formed is called a phosphate film. The purpose of phosphating is mainly to provide protection to the base metal and prevent the metal from being corroded to a certain extent; it is used for priming before painting to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the paint layer. The phosphating treatment process has been applied to the industry for more than 90 years and can be roughly divided into three periods: the foundation period of phosphating technology, the rapid development period of phosphating technology and the wide application period.

Electrostatic spraying

It is a spraying method that uses a high-voltage electrostatic electric field to orient the negatively charged coating particles in the opposite direction of the electric field and adsorbs the coating particles on the surface of the workpiece. Electrostatic spraying equipment consists of a spray gun, a spray cup, and an electrostatically sprayed high-voltage power supply. The electrostatic spray powder is epoxy solid powder, the powder electrostatic spray coating thickness is 60~80 microns, the electrostatic spray adhesion reaches the level 0 requirement of GB92865-88; the hardness (wear resistance) is ordinary lacquer More than 100 times, meet the 2H requirement in the GB6739-86 standard, that is, no scratches after 2H pencil test;

The electrostatic spray powder uses the advantages of Shanghai Mirage:

  • Less pollution: the epoxy powder solid powder does not use solvent, and there is no environmental pollution caused by the volatilization of the paint organic solution (excluding harmful gases such as toluene and xylene in paint coatings).
  • The coating is strong and has good mechanical strength
  • Good film properties: disposable film thickness can reach 60-80μm, its adhesion, corrosion resistance, and other comprehensive indicators are better than the painting process
  • The height of the mesh is high after 180-degree high-temperature curing, and the appearance of the product is beautiful
  • Not easy to fade (can adapt to outdoor functions)
  • Good chemical resistance, can be used in harsh environments and strong chemical corrosion

Wood board: commonly used the wood board with medium fiberboard (medium board), wood board (red template).

The whole plate specification: L2440*D1220, thickness 12mm\15mm\18mm\21mm, 18mm is more commonly used.

The surface of the MDF is flat, beautiful and wear-resistant, but it is afraid of water, is afraid of moisture, and has a heavy taste of methanol. The force is not very good. The surface of the veneer can be made into a composite type plate, and the full name is a melamine impregnated film paper veneered wood-based panel. It is a decorative board which is made by immersing paper with different colors or textures in melamine resin adhesive, drying it to a certain degree of curing, paving it on the surface of particleboard, medium density fiberboard or hardboard, and hot pressing.

The wood splint is also called the surface of the plywood is rough, easy to peel, good stress, moisture-proof, tasteless.

It is a three-layer or three-layer thin plate which is made by cutting a log into a veneer or cutting it into thin wood and then bonding it with an adhesive. The odd-numbered single-layer boards are usually used, and the fiber directions of the adjacent layer boards are vertically aligned and glued to each other. Therefore, there are odd-numbered plywoods such as triple, five, and seven.

Structurally, the outermost veneer of plywood is called the front panel, and the front panel is called the panel. It is the best quality single sheet. The opposite side of the board is called the backing board, and the single board of the second quality is used. The inner sheet is called the core of the middle plate and is composed of the worst quality single sheet.
