The electrostatic spray powder uses the advantages of Shanghai Mirage:

  • Less pollution: the epoxy powder solid powder does not use solvent, and there is no environmental pollution caused by the volatilization of the paint organic solution (excluding harmful gases such as toluene and xylene in paint coatings).
  • The coating is strong and has good mechanical strength
  • Good film properties: disposable film thickness can reach 60-80μm, its adhesion, corrosion resistance, and other comprehensive indicators are better than the painting process
  • The height of the mesh is high after 180-degree high-temperature curing, and the appearance of the product is beautiful
  • Not easy to fade (can adapt to outdoor functions)
  • Good chemical resistance, can be used in harsh environments and strong chemical corrosion
